Great service and great product! The service from Lanai was great. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Even from the start, there was no pushy sales approach or behaviour just simply advisory and professional. The installation day was quick. The guys were friendly, hard working and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the product! It’s of great quality but most importantly it fits perfectly to the space we needed it for and it is beautiful. Absolutely in love with my new pergola/veranda. We would gladly recommend Lanai to all our friends and family.

Electric Awning on rear of bungalow over sitting area Was recommended Lanai by a friend who had an awning fitted a couple of years ago. From concept to completion, it was done very professionally, No hard selling, we knew we could get it cheaper, but as I say to my customers, quality doesn't come cheap. Good communication about manufacturing product through to delivery, even fitted the awning on a Saturday to fit in with me. Installation team were excellent and didn't mind me watching them as I have been in the construction game all my working life. A Space for All Seasons We purchased the outdoor living space with the iris roof blades and side storm panels. It is a classy addition to our property and much admired by our friends The flexibility of its construction and additional options allows it to be a "space for all seasons". The construction materials are v high quality and the friendly installation team did an excellent job. Worth five stars had it not been for the long lead time from ordering to installation; such is its popularity and demand. It is expensive but justified in terms of its quality. Highly recommend for alfresco dining or just chilling with a glass of good stuff.

Good Company Quality Products We are very impressed with our new awning from Lanai Outdoor & it looks good too. Our rear garden faces due south & even though we had special glass & integral blinds fitted in our bi-fold doors; this didn’t stop the heat getting through. Some days this summer, the heat was so oppressive we had to move into another room. Now with the awning fitted, we can have the bi-fold doors fully open to get a breeze, which is something we couldn’t do before. Also as the awning is 4 meters wide, we can dine outside on the patio in comfort. This was a good investment & has transformed the way we use our property.

Our Lanai Iris roof is fabulous. Thanks Lanai. We have had an Iris Lanai roof installed in January, this is fabulous, a great piece of engineering, a quality bespoke installation. The whole process from design, (you can choose the RAL colour), survey and installation was first class. An example of how a company should be operated. The installation will keep our outdoor furniture dry, and when the sun does shine we can be comfortable and control how much UV we receive. It is a superb addition to our house.
