I could not find what I was looking for but, I found something better. I could not find what I was looking for online, so I called, and the associate was able to find a suitable substitute. Actually, an even better product than I was looking for.

Unbelievable detail!!! I ordered a wood appliqué to use on my fireplace. Originally, I thought it was pricey but I liked it do I bought it anyway. A couple days after ordering I saw one on another website much cheaper but similar in looks. I ordered it too. Once they arrived, my intention was to send the one from Architectural Depot back and save myself $30+. After looking at them side by side, I sent the cheaper one back because the wood was flimsy, the design was not carved out and detailed as well, and essentially it looked crappy in comparison. The appliqué from Architectural Depot was worth every penny and it looks like it has always bern a part of my fireplace. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

I ordered wood custom built shutters… I ordered wood custom built shutters painted black. The order was received ahead of expected completion. The shutters were in good shape with a couple of minor areas requiring touch up paint. The hardware was not received, although the delivery noted a hardware delivery. I contacted their customer support to verify status of the hardware and to obtain touch up paint. They answered my call quickly, verified the status of the hardware order and ensured it was sent, and also provided the touch up paint. I am very pleased with the result and the service.

Make sure you don't want to return! Company sent the wrong parts. When discussing with them how to return and get correct part sent, they convinced us to modify one of the pieces and send back the second. We never got our credit back and they have just stopped responding. You cannot get ahold of a human being when you call. You can leave messages or email them/respond to tickets but they never respond. We have been waiting 4 months still nothing. I have sent messages through their social media platforms and did not hear back.
