Good Initial Response but No Updates Our non-profit museum ordered a memorial bench in the fall of 2021 and received an email less than 4 weeks later to confirm the wording for the bench. We have received no updates since then. We hope they will send a shipment notice when the bench is finally on its way.

We got the bench and it was beautiful Updated review- They sent us a new top super fast. It has a much sturdier coating over it. Darius has been very helpful and responsive to every need we had. Thank you for making us a beautiful bench to remember our loved one. We got the bench and it was beautiful. Set up very easily. But in less than a month, the white coating started to chip off in the top corner of the bench. They did send a repair kit after we told them about it. But with how much we spent, we were disappointed that it had already started to chip for only having it less than a month.

Exactly as I imagined! The bench is beautiful. My sister doesn't even want it outside. It sits in her entryway just inside her front door. Thank you so much. It arrived in perfect condition at exactly the right time. It is heavier than I thought it would be, and the quality is better.
