That means if you have any problems you have a lifeline for help & they match others prices. Try that with Amazon. From the time I placed my order to delivery was 8 days(outstanding). Unfortunately, 4 tubes were wrong. I called Jacob(owner)on Saturday and after our first talk I knew Jacob would fix my problems. We talked Sat, Sun, & Monday documenting my problem. Today is Tues and Jacob is sending me a tracking number of my replacement parts. I found Jake to be honest, helpful, and competent and a joy to do business with.That is why I will always buy my grow equipment from Jacob and Open World Garden. Earl in SC

My tent My tent, light and all the other goodies came complete and on time. But my light looks like it was dropped. The corner is bent but it works. Overall they did great. Wish my light was straight but with all the stickers I got, maybe there for cover up? Bandaids
