GBGood experience I have ordered different statues in the past from other places and without doubt Landscaper Outlet has a bigger selection in terms of the kinds of finishes the statues have. But more importantly, the statue I purchased was packed and shipped so well, there was no damage. The packing is the most professional I have seen. No worries that it broke during transit and having to call to get another one sent. Highly recommend! Statue looks the same in person as online as well.

GBGood product communication could improve I purchased a medium size cover for my outdoor fountain. I found the product to be of good quality and reasonable price. I used it after I cleaned my fountain before vacation. My only disappointment was that I was not notified of acceptance of my order or of a shipping date. I was notified it would ship after I did a follow up email. I would prefer immediate confirmation when the order is placed.

GBRemy was Super! The manufacturer of my outdoor pots had a major delay, which I, unfortunately, didn't hear about until I called to ask about why the pots hadn't shipped when promised. The new shipment date came and went, and, again I had to call to ask. Finally, on the third follow-up call, I spoke with Remy and explained that these pots were needed for an EVENT. She was incredibly responsive, great with communication, and ultimately speeded up the shipping so that I got my pots in time for my event. The non-response over the two weeks I worked with Matt is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. Remy, however, is a shining star!
