GBI was a little hesitant at first just… I was a little hesitant at first just because there are so many scams online. This was a super easy transaction they communicate very well . We were called to verify shipping address and then we had our shed . Two weeks from start to finish I will be buying another shed from them. Great job 👏

GBPros and Cons Pro: The chat is simple and easy to use. When you go to your account you can bring back the entire chat from start to finish even if multiple contacts. Con: SFL doesn't just put a hold on your CC account to verify funds, they charge the full amount immediately whereas most don't charge until shipped. I feel that should be better communicated. All in all decent experience and will use again and recommend to friends and family.

GBI order a shed and I kept asking why… I order a shed and I kept asking why the shipment tracking is delay. The customer service keep telling me it’s coming and to call the shipping truck. After 3 weeks of delayed shipment, I finally called my credit card to dispute the charge then they finally called me and tell me that the delivery carrrier was in an accident. Meanwhile they wasted all my time.

GBFantastic Customer Service! John is the best John with Sheds for Less was remarkably helpful! His customer service was unparalleled. We received a damaged door with our kit and he got me a new one the very next day. The kit overall was great, but the responsiveness and care truly sets them apart!

GBBad Customer Service Decent prices, but meh customer service. I bought a shed from this company at the end of March. About a week later they called to tell me there was a delay. I was fine with the delay so I kept the order. During that conversation, they made it very clear that I needed to answer calls in the coming weeks. I would be receiving a call to schedule my delivery. I even provided them with a backup phone number in case they could not reach me, at their request. Fast forward to today and the shed was just dropped off in front of my house. I received no phone calls or emails. No communication at all. When I called the company to inform them of this, they told me it was an error on the part of the carrier and there was nothing they could do. Now, I did not choose the carrier, nor am I responsible for the logistics of shipping a shed. That's what I paid this company to do. So when I hear the blame be passed on to a sub contractor they chose, I still think that's their issue to correct. They disagree. Now I get to take unscheduled leave from work to deal with this. I'm sure the shed will be just fine, but yikes what a nightmare. $1500 for a big fat inconvenience and lost wages.
