Excellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. Customer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

Debbie has been extremely helpful… Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest.
