GBUnacceptable experience Unacceptable experience. Conduct not rude, just indifferent. No place on Website listing process for return. When 800 number called, message stated to leave name, number for call back then promptly hung up. Finally reached someone who said I needed “approval” to send product back. Emailed me a letter of approval(?) no return sticker. It would cost more to send product back than I paid for it. Will not do business with this company again and would NOT recommend

GBSpecifications have no specifications. I was interested in a clamp that is evidently for a fertilizer spreader - for a completely different use. 3/4" Clamp Assembly (AA111-3/4). I presumed that a a 3/4 clamp would clamp to a 3/4 OD pipe. Instead the "3/4 clamp" clamps to a 1" to 1"+ pipe and has a 3/4" hole on an extension. Had it clamped to a 3/4 OD pipe with any size hole on the extension, the design was exactly what I needed. The online description was totally inadequate. In fact, under "Specifications", the only specification was "3/4", without saying what was specified. In an email Josh Harden maintained that the "TeeJet boom clamp .... mounts on a ¾” boom pipe" . It does not clamp to a 3/4" anything. Your specifications have no specifications. I bought 23. David Graham
