Great plants! Both of my plans arrived in excellent condition. They are healthy and as described. I purchased the heat pack because our temperatures have been really low in the northeast, and it kept them in great shape. Very happy with the quality, and the ordering process.

Beautiful plants Beautiful plants! The heat pack that I ordered, was not in the box so when it was 22 degrees when it arrived I was worried. So far the plants look good, I’ll continue to keep an eye on the alocasia during this next week. Shipped quickly!

Good customer service Some plants arrived with some frost damage due to abnormally cold weather, but after sending an email with pictures to the customer service team, they said they would send a replacement plant.
