The packing wasn’t the best (plastic clips that hold the rods together during shipping were broken), but I understand that’s not GG’s fault. The customer service is top notch too. There was a sale a few days after I made my purchase of a shorty 8x4 and they honored the sale anyway and refunded the difference very quickly! I will happily buy from them again.

I have 4 GGT’s I have 4 GGT’s, this is my 5th. They’re pretty damn good. I’ve used other grow tents, always come back to GGT. When I called, service was great helping cancelling another order and getting my order correct. The tent arrive much quicker than I expected.

I know without him my purchase wouldn't have been processed due to the website giving me some issues I couldn't fix myself thankfully when I called I got amazing Travis. Right off the bat Right off the bat , acknowledgement and fulfillment of my order was VERY quick , showing up ahead of scheduled delivery , so thank you on that account GGT. Initial inspection appears like everything is intact and as promised . Will have room and time to assemble this 4'x8' Lite tent in a couple weeks and will update review as to actual product then . l have used Gorilla tents in the past to great satisfaction and am confident the experience will be repeated. Tent was shipped and when it got to… Tent was shipped and when it got to Omaha Gorilla Grow requested it be returned to sender with no explanation why. I called UPS and its not due to damage but "requested by sender." GG-23178 Called Gorilla customer service with no answers also, edit GG got back to me, they shipped two tents instead of one so called back both tents. I received an "opps sorry" we will ship you another, Still one star service
