Great Company My latest order arrived over a week ago. It was beautiful and the flowers were fresh and healthy looking. It was a mixed bouquet that included roses. All the blooms including the roses still look great. I recommend Bloomsybox and can verify first hand that they provide outstanding customer service.

The most depressing bouquet of flowers… The most depressing bouquet of flowers I have ever seen they arrived half dead and put them in water with the food and the next day they were just basically falling down and falling apart entire rose buds just fell off within 2 days they were all dead would never recommend cancelled my order ..do not use them ..if I could I would give them a 0

Fragrant Flowers I have had nothing but positive experiences with BloomsyBox, even when the carrier (nothing they have control over) experiences delays. The customer service has always been incredibly responsive and customer centric, provides satisfactory resolution and is very professional in their interactions. I have ordered from them 4 times and had issues twice with delayed deliveries. Each time, they have always made it right. I love the Queens Crown Roses, which are gorgeous and incredibly fragrant so if you have the chance to order do it.
