From order to delivery these people keep you updated and have a phone to actually talk to a human. The shipping is long (they say is due to quality control) but worth every penny, I've never got a bad pair

Still no order received bunch of w*****s Well still no delivery of my mattress. Still no reply to my email I sent. So im out of pocket and no mattress. This was for my disabled daughter so i hope your proud and happy to scam honest people who dont have much money as it is I'm absolutely disgusted and I will now be reporting to trading standards. There is no where to chase my order. No way to contact or email customer service. I've order over a week a go. Had no confirmation for when it will be delivered or whether its on its way. I've searched to cancel this and get a refund but can't find anywhere to do this. Obviously a job for trading standards
