GBIf I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would, placed an order on 5/2, stated I would receive it in 5-7 business days. It’s over that time frame, NO FLAG, no email on my order or tracking number except a bs email saying send us a picture of you enjoying your flag THAT I NEVER RECEIVED! I have sent emails and can’t get a response! I expect a refund! This was for my son and I’m PISSED that this company is so unprofessional!!!

GBBUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE Made and order 12/12 and they say fast shipping, great reviews...... LIE I have never received the flag and no email responses to any of the 10 I have sent I even posted on their social media and NOTHING. The flag was a gift but it is now Jan 26th and nothing Buyer beware.

CAFake tracking numbers. Scam. Custom flag Garbage customer service giving me fake tracking numbers blaming covid and ignoring update requests. Over a year has past and I didn’t get the damn thing. Don’t waste your money on this scam company. I have no hope my custom flag will ever arrive.

GBSCAM SCAM! Their website preaches fast communication and a dedication to customer satisfaction. I placed an order on 3/11/20 for $39.98 for two flags. It took a few weeks to receive shipping confirmation, but didn’t actually get shipped until June. When I could actually get a response from their customer service, they would use COVID as an excuse to their slow shipping. This then turned into an excuse of changing distributors. Finally, on 6/18/20, I received my order. Except only one flag out of the two I ordered were in the package and the flag I did receive was terrible quality and pixelated. Again, little to no responses from customer service, other than a request to send a picture of the flag and then no follow up, still. Extremely unhappy with this experience and looks like I’m going to be out my $40.

GBGave a star because I had too Gave a star because I had too, my son ordered 2 flags on Christmas Eve 2021, it is now July ‘22 and there are no flags and even though several emails exchanged they basically stole $38 from a 13 yr old. Asked for a business phone number but they don’t have one? Shady business to say the least, no morals…will definitely steal your money and then ignore you!
