Best experience ever. Apart from a little miscommunication, the whole process was smooth. The dispatched driver got there so fast and was friendly so much that I was almost rescinding on the sale of the vehicle. I won't forget to mention Rico who was so gentle on the phone and ready to help out. He facilitated the whole thing from the first initial call that made me decided. I will surely be recommending a few friends and anyone I know.

If you need to get rid of your car/truck, they can do that. The Experience was good. My local Tow Operator was excellent. Communication is not handled as well as is could be. It seems that jobs are assigned to a new agent every few minute and I was speaking to different people throughout the process, mostly just polling for weather things were completed. This included text messaging and phone calls where I was asked "if the driver came", "when the appointment to pick up was", "if I got the car picked up" and even "iF i got paid." to which I will answer yes I did get what i was quoited. 4 /5 Stars for lack of communication and not knowing where and what they were doing. other then that not bad.

Responsive and efficient I was contacted almost immediately when I reached out about an old car I needed to get rid of. In that one phone call, I gave them the information they asked for, and they gave me an offer. I gave four stars because I think it was a rock-bottom offer, but I have needed to sell the car for quite some time so I took it. Other than that everything has been exceptional. They were professional and stayed in touch to be available for any questions. The drivers got here early, and were finished within 10 minutes. I couldn’t ask for better service.
