Me file a claim? … I’ve done customer service for 23 years and when a client had an issue with a delivery we would file the claim for them. Never have I had a company tell me that I had to file the claim after I sent them all the photos. I feel that my plant would have been better taken care of in transit if the shipping box was labeled “fragile “ and “Live plant” so I feel the responsibility lies with the company that is shipping it not the shipper Fed EX. I was going to go forward with this with Fed Ex like I was asked to by Culture and then I thought why am I doing this? Why isn’t someone from Culture stepping up and either filing on their clients behalf or making it right? Therefore I will not be able to do business with a company that charges so much for shipping but doesn’t want to hold their shipper responsible.

Super fast shipping and the specimens… Super fast shipping and the specimens sent were gorgeous. As soon as I got the Thai I bought another one immediately for plant insurance…it was so pretty!!!

My plant arrived in a timely manner to… My plant arrived in a timely manner to my home in upstate NY. Having been shipped from Florida, I was a bit concerned because of the cold temps; but someone thoughtfully put a wee hand warmer in with the Pink Princess to keep her safe on her journey. Very impressed, thank you! Will definitely order again! :)
