I have ordered the tiles through Home Depot and love them and needed more. This time I thought I'd order directly through the company (12/15/23), but maybe I was wrong. You should look into UPS or some other carrier because the USPS also delayed delivery to Home Depot, and that was in the beginning of December. I think your customers would pay for prompt delivery.

I could not decide between two styles… I could not decide between two styles and ordered samples of each type. There was an internal glitch in the shipping, so the first order didn't arrive. When I reached out to customer service, my issue was handled very quickly and professionally. I was in constant contact with the customer service representative who sent me two of each style for the inconvenience The tiles arrived today, both packages and I am thrilled with the way my kitchen will look, if I can only choose one style I prefer.

I highly recommend this vendor!! I was extremely satisfied with the quality of this flooring. The look and feel of it appears very high quality, and I could not be happier with my choice. My dog has a habit of scratching flooring, but this flooring has withstood her wrath. This was meant as a quick fix to be temporary, but I am leaving it permanently for as long as it lasts. I highly recommend them for their quality, customer service, and speedy response/delivery times.

A solid alternative… Well designed, easy to use website, a wide selection of tiles, nice interlocking patterns that look and feel realistic. A solid choice when real wood, stone or glass are either too expensive or are not an option. Fast delivery, easy installation.

Happy Customer When I placed my order, I was so excited. I had been trouble finding the tiles that I had started a project with, but needed more to finish. I ordered 2 packs, and found out that they weren't selling that color and style any longer. They cancelled my order, but when I explained that I only needed a few to finish the one room, they actually went and searched the warehouse for me and found enough for me to finish my project!
