GBI paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping I paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping. It has been over a week and the item still hasn't arrived. Don't charge exorbitant shipping prices for services that you can't even fulfill.

GBI ignored the first request to review… I ignored the first request to review the products that still haven't even shipped. I'd appreciate some kind of a timeline and not being bugged to review something I haven't received. Update: turns out the tracking wasn't updating. Posters came out great. Still knocking a star of for being bugged about reviewing.

GBReceived shirt with holes - replaced! Received shirt with holes. Able to reach customer service. Was asked to provide photos of damage. Following two separate photos provided, customer service said new shirt was on way. Received today in pristine condition. Thanks!
