I'd appreciate some kind of a timeline and not being bugged to review something I haven't received. Update: turns out the tracking wasn't updating. Posters came out great. Still knocking a star of for being bugged about reviewing.

I paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping I paid $12 for 1–3-day shipping. It has been over a week and the item still hasn't arrived. Don't charge exorbitant shipping prices for services that you can't even fulfill.
