Fabulous customer service I found the rug pattern I wanted on your website but it was not shown in the runner size that I needed. I was on live chat with a representative who said he could order it in the right size and determined how I could place my order with a different size and quantity and he would flag it and make sure he ordered the right size and quantity. Located it on the MMFurniture.com site for a considerable discount. Easy to order on their site and arrived in about 2 weeks. I did the curbside delivery and saved a bit of money.
