Cheap Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Do not purchase for a wedding gift. Or, any gift for that matter. Frames were not completely covered in black; so, to mount on a wall, one can see some patchy white areas instead of black. Weighs nothing. Embarrassed to give as a wedding gift. And, I purchased 3 of them. Never, again.

Unexpected Issue Handled Well I was very excited for my product, which was my daughter’s name framed to go in her room. Unfortunately, FedEx smashed the package despite the big warnings on the box about it being fragile. I sent in pictures of my damaged product and Frame the Alphabet was really courteous about the situation. They sent a new order to me very quickly...luckily with no issues on FedEx’s part. I am happy with my purchase.
