GB11/10 Customer Service 11/10 Customer Service. Due to the holiday weekend, the flowers I ordered, when shipped, were nearly dead. I emailed FS & they replied to me within 8 hours. Not only were they super understanding, but also sent my gf a new shipment of flowers and a discount code for my next purchase. I already loved this company for their aesthetic—but this just set the bar! I will only be buying flowers online from here & will spread the word more often! Thank you FS for your amazing customer service x

GBSeriously the best flower delivery Seriously the best flower delivery! First off, the bouquets are STUNNING. The packaging is adorable, and the process/delivery is so easy. Not only that, but the selection of cards to send with the bouquet is unmatched. My friend’s grandfather passed away & I was able to choose a “praying for you” card which just made it so much more meaningful. And to top it all off, they wrap the bouquet in a super cute newspaper-like paper with an encouraging message. The one to my friend said “brighter days ahead” which was so fitting for the situation and made it even more thoughtful. I will only use Fresh Sends for flower delivery now!!

GBI accidentally put the wrong delivery… I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and was so worried my loved ones wouldn’t get my package. They were on my email first thing in the morning after my email and fixed my mistake. I’m so grateful! Will definitely use FRESHSENDS again!
