Quality! It was very easy to talk to someone when we had questions. The table was ready when expected. The delivery guys were great. Most importantly, the table is beautiful. 96" Meredith table in Autumn, sandblasted. The quality is much better than the tables we thought about buying from retail stores - and a better price!

They were very customer-service oriented and assured me that they would stand behind their craftsmanship and resolve and issues, though I doubt there will be any. Very satisfied.

Easy ordering Just ordered a table; very easy to use website and ordering system. Can’t wait to receive this beautiful dining table for our home! One feature I would add (to the ordering site) is that if something is out of stock, that you allow the customer to order it anyway, with a disclaimer saying it’s on back ordering and subject to cancellation. I think some people might want to take a chance and wait for an item they love knowing there is a chance the order could take longer to fill or be cancelled.
