GBSurety is an awesome home security… Surety is an awesome home security company! They have no long term 3 year, $50/month contracts with no marked up, overpriced $200 alarm sensors like those other big-name companies. They also sell the door/motion sensors for around $20-35 that you can easily install yourself that are the same as those $200 sensors. Service is all month to month, but their help is outstanding. They showed me how I can sign up with service from them with an alarm.com account within minutes. I had all kinds of questions, that they answered to get me setup. So far, I am extremely impressed with them!

GBI now have 3 accounts with Surety I now have 3 accounts with Surety for 3 different properties. Really enjoy everything about Surety - their equipment costs are reasonable and their monthly costs are competitive. I can use a single app to manage 3 locations. I also love how easy it is to install their alarm system yourself. Highly recommend to anyone who is a DIYer. Comparable alarm system companies wanted $1000s in equipment costs and double the monthly monitoring service fees. Can't beat Surety for their price!

GBWish I'd switched to them sooner! I had a system I liked, but a provider that I didn't. I found Surety online after looking for alternatives near the end of my contract, but I wasn't sure if I would need someone to physically help me with it, as my old company made everything seem really complicated. Since it was month to month service, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did. They've made it easy, been there if I have questions, and I'm saving a ton, too. Last week I added a plug in smart module, and set up the on/off schedule I wanted for the light I plugged into it, and adjusted my call list without having to talk to anyone or let anyone into my house. It's a huge improvement to be able to make changes on my own when I want to make them. And again, I'm saving a ton, too. Wish I'd found them before I signed that 3 year contract!
