This is the security company of the future This is the best-kept secret in the industry. If you have ANY level of electrical know-how you'll have a better experience with them than the big boys. You can customize everything and they'll walk you through it and you'll get your equipment and service at a fraction of the cost. We needed a new system that would talk to our existing sensors because we couldn't afford new ones; they not only identified what our old sensors were without even visiting the house, but got us a solution that actually used our old sensors more effectively and allowed us to add on components (like our garage door) that we didn't have before. Their staff will go to great lengths to make sure you're satisfied and have a wealth of knowledge. I just hope they don't lose that level of customer support as they get bigger!

Surety is an awesome home security… Surety is an awesome home security company! They have no long term 3 year, $50/month contracts with no marked up, overpriced $200 alarm sensors like those other big-name companies. They also sell the door/motion sensors for around $20-35 that you can easily install yourself that are the same as those $200 sensors. Service is all month to month, but their help is outstanding. They showed me how I can sign up with service from them with an alarm.com account within minutes. I had all kinds of questions, that they answered to get me setup. So far, I am extremely impressed with them!

Tremendous Service and Support for many years I have been a customer for 7+ years and through that time I have had changes in residences and upgrades to systems.
