We had dealt with two local companies and both experiences were more than disappointing. However, from the moment we visited Scott Carpet One Floor & Home, we were more than pleased with the sale and installation of our new floor. All involved in the process totally exceeded our expectation. Each exhibited a rare "can do" and enthusiastic attitude; they were professional, efficient, and the two-way communication was exceptional. Dealing with this company was a wonderful experience from pricing to installation!!! They are "Five Star" all the way!!!!
