Ivan, their professional installer for over 25 years, did a fantastic job measuring and installing an intricate runner up and down two sets of stairs with a landing with many twists and turns. Came out beautifully. So happy I went to them.

Customer service? That is what G. Fried is all about. New carpeting was something I had been wanting for a long time. I walked into their Paramus store to window shop, and left with a contract to install new carpeting. I live in a one bedroom co-op so I didn't need to cover huge square footage. G. Fried had remnants of high quality carpet to meet my needs. The service was professional and they never made me feel as if I was just another customer. The installers were very competent and personable. I am very happy with results.
