Outstanding quality We were wanting to replace the slipcovers on our Newport sofa and loveseat after six years - the fabric and cushions had held up but we were looking for a different color. I really appreciated the chat service and the swatches we requested arrived in less than a week. After six years of daily use the cushions have maintained their integrity. The upholstery is beautifully sewn and has withstood numerous washings. I would recommend a fade resistant fabric if there are a lot of windows in the room.

I purchased one of their slip covered… I purchased one of their slip covered sofas. It hasn't arrived yet but before I made the purchase, I asked many questions about construction, quality and fabric. They ALWAYS responded promptly. I received several fabric swatches through the mail and finally, after careful consideration, made my selection. I shopped online at other outlets that sold slip covered sofa's but I always came back to Our Boat House. They offered several size, dept and width options unlike the other stores.

FORCED TO DISPUTE A CHARGE Ordered two table lamps on August 10 for $829. Received an email that the lamps I ordered have been discontinued by the manufacturer. I requested a credit for my purchase and five days later I have heard nothing from them so I had to dispute the charge. Very poor customer service and would not recommend them. Sad their website is offering a product that has been discontinued and even more disappointing that no one reached out.
