We'll go somewhere else next time :( The initial shopping experience was good-friendly staff & good variety in the showroom. BUT- ten weeks after ordering a new mattress and bed frame, we are still missing parts. It took two weeks longer than promised to get the mattress. It’s one thing if we’re expecting a 2-1/2 month wait- but our estimated delivery was six weeks. We have the headboard & footboard but no rails. So our mattress is still sitting on the floor. Very disappointing experience!!!

Couldn't have asked for better service --- My salesperson was extremely helpful as I was choosing my purchase. She also kept me well informed during the production phase. After delivery, she again was there to answer any questions I had and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I definitely enjoyed working with her and Montgomery's from start to finish!

Would actually give them 41/2 Would actually give them 41/2, just short of 5 because the paver flooring we purchased didn't qualify for the no tax as we were told up front. All in all our representative Wanda was awesome! Very attentive, not pressuring, & she was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone to give this place a look - tons of inventory.

We asked if we could take a barstool home to see how it would look and how many we would need--not a problem--this was very important for us as we have a hard time visualizing--LOL Great people, great products--So many beautiful choices

My wife and I had some floor coverings… My wife and I had some floor coverings installed from Montgomery's, there is some issues with the sheet vinyl. I was sick when John from Sioux falls called, I returned the call after I was feeling better and left a voicemail, no response. I am glad that we did not have the whole house done by them. They knew we were in the market for new furniture. I'm not talking about a couch or a chair. I'm talking about buying at least 3 bedroom sets, living room furniture, dining room set, along with a family room set. So, enough money worth of household stuff. After our experience, we went somewhere else for the furniture and will not be purchasing anything from Montgomery's in the near future.
