VERY BAD QUALITY OF PARQUETE THE MATERIAL WE RECEIVED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE WERE LINES OF THE PLANING MACHINE ACROSS THE BOARDS ALL OVER PLUS PROMINENT CROSSGRAIN CUTS THAT WERE NOT SANDED PROPERLY. ON TOP OF THAT WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THE SHOP THEY SENT US TO A SPECIALIST WHO TOLD US THE BOARDS WERE TOO DRY AND HE RECOMENDED SANDING AND REFINISH THE FLOOR. ן FOUND MYSELF THEREFOR SANDING THE WHOLE FLOOR IN ORDER TO OVERCOME ALL THE MENTIONED PROBLEMS. AFTER COMPLAINING THE SHOP AGREED TO COMPENSATE US BY GIVING US EXTRA BOARDS BUT SINCE FEW MONTHES PASSED SINCE THEN AND WE ONLY CLAIMED IT RECENTLY THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO EXECUTE THE COMPENSATION ANYMORE

Complications over the order and delay… Complications over the order and delay due to damaged goods. Was promised floor cleaner in compensation but never got it. The product seems good much more matt than seen in the showroom. As an interior designer and architect I am not sure that I would use DecorPlus again.
