GBHorrible Experience… ordered for… Horrible Experience… ordered for Valentine’s Day. No packages received. Called the number on line twice, no answer. Sent an email, responded that carrier shows order was delivered. Nothing after that. They don’t care at all. Had to open up an investigation with the carrier. Sent another email to Roseshire; still no response. Not sure if I’m going to get reimbursed. Definitely feel scammed. Don’t waste your time or money.

GBGreat Flowers I think what made sending Roseshire flowers unique was the collaborations and thoughtful way they handled the flowers. Shipping was quick and the selection and condition of each flower was great. I got the Roseshire x Hello kitty blush and of course the recipient loved it. I will definitely recommend.

GBAbsolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. Paid extra for priority shipping. Paid extra for v-day holiday. No roses were delivered. No customer service, phone just rings and hangs up. Took days for the initial email response and more days to answer me back. Still no roses, no response, no refund.

GBNever received my order for Valentines… Never received my order for Valentines Day. Definitely not receiving a "premium" experience they advertise or you end up paying for. Emailed support and waiting for a response. Going on Day 4 and no update from the shipping carrier they chose to use.

GBGenerally a good presentation and good… Generally a good presentation and good quality. Once they missed the scheduled delivery date and that can be disappointing with the price you pay. But they are usually beautiful and on time.
