Great service! recently purchased 2 decorative sets from Lezze and they are aesthetically very pleasing. The packaging of the items was done well, and they arrived promptly without any damage. Thanks also for the great customer service that promptly addressed my concerns.

Would order from them again Products arrived promptly (really quickly, actually, especially versus what I'd read in the comments and reviews - I was concerned it would take a long time to get the product but was willing to wait). In-box packaging was great, kept everything very safe. The box itself was pretty flimsy and was bashed up when it arrived. Contents were undamaged because the in-box packaging was great. I would definitely order from them again.

Deeply disappointed I have purchased several items from Lezze Design in the past. The products were great and the customer service was excellent. This time however I was deeply disappointed because the product arrived damaged (the ginkgo leaf set). I have tried to contact Lezze Design repeatedly via email and the chat function on their website to ask for a refund or replacement. However there is total radio silence. I have heard nothing in 4 weeks which is deeply concerning and frustrating. I have been a loyal customer in the past, but going forward I will not be buying anything from them.
