Wallpaper destroyed my walls--company was totally indifferent Do not believe this company when they say their restickable wallpaper will not damage your walls. I followed all of their instructions, installed on a wall that had been painted more than a year ago and had no weird texture and the wallpaper pulled the paint off my wall and damaged the underlying wall. Now I'm probably going to lose some part of my security deposit as a result. When I contacted Walls Need Love they only offered to refund any unused portion of the wallpaper. Huh? I didn't know it would destroy my wall until I used it! Then they offered me store credit to buy more wallpaper that would destroy my walls! I would stay away from these guys, they say they guarantee their products but they really don't. Very frustrated.

Beware - This paper will destroy your wall. BEWARE -- This paper can destroy your wall. It is absolutely not reusable, and when we peeled off, according to the instructions, gently at an angle, it took the wall with it. Our rental building charged us $1,000 to fix the wall!!! We paid $408 for the wallpaper for ONE wall, and the only remedy offered by the company, was STORE CREDIT. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. The paper was cute while it lasted, but $1400.00 later, we are extremely disappointed. Please, save yourself and do not order this paper if you are in a rental, or plan on taking it down after a short time.

Poor Quality Product The wallpaper started creasing the moment we opened the tube it arrived in. It is NOT worth buying as you will need to through it away. Quality is sub-standard. Customer service did not reply to several emails asking to return the product.

Product came just as I expected it to Product came just as I expected it to. Was easy to work with and reposition as needed. The razor and felt pad that came with it were very convenient, and really helped with installation. Definitely recommend!
