Absolute shambles Absolute shambles! After a pretty average prior experience with Trippy Store I decided to risk another purchase. On October 30 2022 I ordered some posters intending them to be presents for Christmas – 8 WEEKS away. Safe enough you might think, but no. They actually arrived January 6 2023 – 69 DAYS after ordering and missed Christmas by 12 days! Absolute shambles. Be very wary of dealing with these guys.

Delayed shipment but awesome customer service and products I bought 2 posters and a tapestry and I am pleased with what I got. They look exactly like the pictures. The only issue I ran into was the slight delay in shipment due to them taking longer than expected on the tapestry. I ended up recieving my package about a month after the date of ordering it (Still, not that bad). The team was really good at updating me on what was going on, and they even sent me a free sticker as an apology for the delay!

Excellent selections Excellent selections when they are available and sturdy shipping boxes made the posters arrive in new condition. My one criticism is that TrippyStore needs to list which products are in stock and if not in stock, how long until they will be ultimately shipped. When they contacted me a week after I ordered and paid, I was given a link to substitute for posters that were "available now" because one of my items was going to take longer. Since I did not substitute, I received 3 of the 5 posters I ordered after about a 2 weeks after ordering and the last two posters 1.5 weeks after that. If they just listed on their website the posters that were in stock and those that were sold out, it would be much nicer, though it would limit the number of customers since few would want to wait a month for their order to be completely fulfilled.

thumbs down gang wtaf just like every other poor review here, ive been waiting weeks and my order still hasnt shipped. ive got those emails that are all ohh were thinking of u sorry theres a delay, but theres actually nothing u can do. ive tried emailing them and calling for help, got nothing. at this point id like to cancel the order because i kinda need my money back but thats not even an option i can find. i hope they eventually ship.. ill update if they do
