I have sent numerous emails and called the phone number numerous times without any response. It’s August 3 and no package and order confirmation. Will never order from Trippy Store again and recommend others the same!! poor service. Finally shipped 8/10. Thanks no reply needed.

I had read some reviews that weren't so… I had read some reviews that weren't so good, but I went for it.. I'm happy I did! My package shipped in a day or two and made it to me the same week. I really needed some posters in my place. Now Jerry is on the wall with some sweet blacklight posters. THey look great

Excellent selections Excellent selections when they are available and sturdy shipping boxes made the posters arrive in new condition. My one criticism is that TrippyStore needs to list which products are in stock and if not in stock, how long until they will be ultimately shipped. When they contacted me a week after I ordered and paid, I was given a link to substitute for posters that were "available now" because one of my items was going to take longer. Since I did not substitute, I received 3 of the 5 posters I ordered after about a 2 weeks after ordering and the last two posters 1.5 weeks after that. If they just listed on their website the posters that were in stock and those that were sold out, it would be much nicer, though it would limit the number of customers since few would want to wait a month for their order to be completely fulfilled.

Terrible customer service Placed a order 19 days ago , no one’s responding to my emails , it’s not been shipped yet even though on site says shipping takes up to 8 days , messaged the Facebook page which tells you to email then and they will reply within 1 day which they never do! 3 emails sent this week and still No reply! Beginning to think they are a scam and will be contacting my bank about fraud it not heard from them by Monday

Definitely going to get more! I bought the sunburst tapestry from this website. The quality was even better than I thought it was going to be. The material feels so good and quality and the design is soo clear. Such bright colors and looks identical to what I wanted, exactly the size it said and not problems with it. Got frequent updates on my order when shipping took a few extra days. Good customer service (offered me a refund or to exchange for other things that could ship faster.) I'm glad that I didn't change from the sunburst tapestry.
