Got my parcel re-sent as it got damaged from the person delivering and the company re-sent the good at no extra charge and gave me a discount on my next purchase! Very nice of them!

fake reviews on the website, over priced item, very long shipment time,no phone number to call Takes about 6 weeks for me to get my order and when it finally arrived, it doesn't have installation menu. This flower pot stand they charged me $200 when its on sale, when i opened it, its absolutely over priced, i wouldn't buy it again from them. Fake reviews on the website, i wrote a review on their site, it never even went though, the 3 positive reviews stay on the site

5 stars all the way!! I was almost sure I was receiving automated responses because they answer so fast! but man i was wrong, fastest and most efficient customer service i have ever dealt with!!!! Shopping for more for sure!!

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. I ordered something in early January, and not only has it not come, but the shipping details have not been updated since 1/31 (3 weeks ago). I have reached out to them several times, and they keep on giving me excuses. The advertised 100% customer service guarantee or your money back, and they did not honor that, as I have asked to cancel my order but they will not do so.

This company should be so ashamed of… This company should be so ashamed of what theyre doing. All they do is sell Aliexpress products, using the exact same pictures and ask 5 times the price of what you can get it for on Aliexpress. (just take a printscreen and use the photosearch on aliexpress if you want to check) I find it ridiculous how they rip off their costumers and I keep wondering how a company like this can even exist.
