I was so disappointed canvass was a… I was so disappointed canvass was a terrible quality colours were faded. We send it back costing us 60 us. It was way over priced For the quality of the product. After we sent it back we were waiting to be reimbursed but in vain. We used the tracking number and we were surprised to find out that it was at the post office for 17 days and it was left there at the customers request( tiaracle). When we emailed them notifying that we are going to take action then they agreed and reinbused us.

Posted my personal information … Posted my personal information publicly. I was trying to seek customer service and getting ZERO response. So I started posting on their page and to "punish me" they posted my personal information. It was a facebook reply. It was 100% publicly visible.

Very good review I received a canvas that was warped - I notified customer service and was sent another canvas to replace the one that was ineffective. I worked with Safeer who did a great job reaching out to the manufacturer, responding to me in a timely manner and correcting the situation! I absolutely love my canvas and received it faster than anticipated.
