GBSent wrong item, didn’t respond to requests for correction. I ordered a queen hand-carved headboard. I received a full-size. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response as to how to exchange it. I tried to have PayPal resolve the issue and Myrustica responded with a request I send the headboard to POLAND at my expense. After no effort was made on the company’s part to resolve the issue, I filed with Visa- providing all emails and photos. After two months of no response to Visa by Myrustica, Visa credited me the purchase amount and I paid a fine craftsman the same amount as the headboard cost to redo the headboard to make it fit. Now, after no customer service contact for six months, I regularly receive threatening emails from Bogdan. From reading other reviews here, it seems they regularly send wrong items and do not resolve the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND any purchase from this company. I gave 1 star because the WRONG headboard was beautifully made by someone.

GB0 stars 0 stars. Do not do not do not order from this company. Wow what a headache. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We paid $700 to ship our custom hood to us and when we opened it- DAMAGED- Each email to and from them I am more and more surprised by the lack of customer service. This isn’t our problem we didn’t ask for a broken range hood and poor packaging when shipped now we are having to find a repairman and they are taking zero responsibility.

GBTook 6 months longer to deliver than… Took 6 months longer to deliver than promised. They built our range hood with the wrong dimensions, will not fix the issue. You can not speak to anyone in person, terrible process and service!!

GBThe 'custom' range hood was delivered 3 inches small with a non working fan blower These guys are the worst and I highly recommend you pay the extra few hundred dollars and have something made in the US.... The shipped me a hood that was 3 inches narrower than spec'ed out with a blower that doesnt work and their response was basically oh well.... If you want to return the fan for warranty it is returned at your expense. Gotta love a $3000 mistake... Never again, and you should make the same mistake as I did. VERY disappointed not only in the quality, but in the customer service.

CAVery Satisfied We evaluated a number of suppliers. Finally we decided to go with Rustica House and we are very glad we did. Our log home needed upgrading but we still wanted to maintain that rustic warmth. The site made all my ideas and visions about how I wanted the house to look, a reality. From the custom hammered copper tub, talavera sinks and tiles in our bathroom, to the red clay floor, zinc range hood and copper table in the kitchen. All our stuff was delivered on a pallet and dropped right in front of our house. I will be using Rustica House again in the future and have already recommended it to my family and friends since they all love how our renovations turned out.
