Very nice product Wish I could remember what I was searching for when I saw very informative site about Momo-lifestyle bath mat. I liked the information presented and that this product is better than stepping out of a shower onto the rug you stepped on yesterday and the day before. My order was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. It’s been only a few days of use so far and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

Just be sure I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy. I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.

Amazing customer service Love the water pump and now I love this company even more. I emailed customer service due to the pump having issues and received super helpful advice from Rafael Santana on how to try to fix it. Was unsuccessful but he honored the warranty and sent out a new unit right away. Highly recommend!

Great customer response This is a mat. I’ve been thinking about it for so long and finally pull the trigger was extremely excited when I received the product but it was not exactly what I ordered. I contacted the customer service team and immediately they jumped into action to rectify the situation they went above and beyond to make it 100% right Rafael took the time and interest to make sure my needs were looked after and dealt with an efficient and professional manner. I look forward to the next time we have to do business with these guys because they are fantastic.

Nice product and great customer service The bath mat is very nice looking, but the first one arrived damaged on one of the corner. I contacted customer service and Rafael quickly sent me a replacement mat for free and followed up multiple times to ensure that everything is OK. Overall great customer service and I'm happy with the bath mat.
