GBWe took a chance with Create Neon and were not disappointed We took a chance with Create Neon since we found it online. However, we will definitely continue to order from them. The neon sign was the hit of our summit decor. It looked amazing! It was impactful as the centerpiece of the discussion area. The communications were timely, clear, professional, with frequent updates. The delivery was received by date expected. Several attendees requested the vendor info-that to me is the best compliment.

GBBetter than I could have imagined! I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better experience. They created my custom sign exactly as I imagined it. When they sent the proof I was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t know if my specifications were detailed enough. And then my beautiful neon sign arrived and it’s perfection. GBI did not get what I ordered I did not get what I ordered. They sent me a picture of what I should’ve have gotten and what I received in the mail was totally different. I spent $450 just to be mislead. After explaining my situation to the representative all she said was “I’m sorry about that I can offer you $50 off of your next purchase?” Like why would I order again when the order wasn’t right the first time? I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. Fool me once but you’re definitely not gonna full me twice.
