GBIts a magic Its a magic. I have been using black spot remover since last 5 yrs. I treat the patio beginning of Spring to get rid of the stubborn mouldy green stains and the black spots formed during the winter months. No need for jet cleaning, just spray on the patio tiles, leaving it for 15 minutes and then rinse with the garden hose. Patio titles are back to their original colour. They look brand new.

The downside was that I ordered from your Company by mistake and the 4L container was not enough to finish the job.....5L would have been perfect. My fault for not reading the quantity
