We have been emailing and emailing daily for a return parcel pickup point so that we could return the rug with in the 30 days time frame, however they DO NOT reply… EVER! Total DISGUSTING behavior from a business, do your self a favor and DONT purchase a a ruggable rug! Next stop for us is to take this to the fair trading so that more people can know the terrible company ruggable is!

Simply an awesome product. I received my rug quickly and the communication about my rug was excellent. I absolutely love my rug and it is so easy to care for and extremely hard wearing. There is no catch - huggable is a really awesome product which lives up to the reviews. The hardest part is choosing the rug!

Amazing product Navigating the site and ordering the rugs was simple and fast the only issue is choosing the rugs from such varied and vast collection. The quality is fantastic and they feel so soft yet they are hardy and easy to take care of. I’ve already seen another rug I like and all I have to do is buy the rug and not another base.

Pretty good. We are pretty happy with our rug. Design is as pictured on the site. We do have to adjust it from time to time as it starts bunching up/ separating from the mat. We haven’t yet washed it and I’m a bit worried about how this will go as I’ve read other reviews where it starts to curl on the edges. I wish we had got the thicker base mat as the thin one (which I chose because it’s an area we walk over a bit) means it just feels like you’re sitting on the hard tiles with no cushioning at all. So if you’re looking for a rug to be able to sit on, go thicker.
