Your able to talk to a person and not a machine I ordered hinges from them and they sent the wrong ones. I called them and was able to talk to a person not a machine , They apologized and sent the right ones. in 3 days i had the correct ones , I will be ordering from them again very happy with them

Prices are very good Prices are very good. Items shipped in a timely manner. Quality of items is as expected from Blum. Only thing that could be better is packaging of items. I’ve ordered multiple shipments of heavy under mount drawer guides. In all instances where one dozen pairs of guides are packaged in one box, the boxes have failed. All are ripped open and on one occasion, screws packaged with the guides in plastic baggies were broken open and lost through openings in the boxes. The guides are just too heavy for the packaging used.

VERY easy and perfect solution The digital experience of measuring my cabinet and telling me which parts to order was really easy and the parts were exactly right. Install went in yesterday and the drawer is the perfect size and the mechanism is very high quality. My only note is I paid extra to have it fully assembled and it arrived flat packed.

Was surprised it had the number for the hinge parts needed and the website listed. I was delighted he had the website noted since he didn’t use a computer, he was 83. I ordered all that was needed and delivery was fast.

Could have been 5 stars I found the dishwasher leak pan I was looking for at the manufacturer's site, but they showed it to be out of stock. I then found the same item at CabinetParts and it was shown to be in-stock. Then, after I ordered, I received a notice the item would not be shipped until days later. It became obvious that the pan was to be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, which as stated before, showed they were out-of-stock. All in all, I received the pan in a relatively timely manner, maybe just try to better link systems so when a manufacturer is out, you also show an item to be out. I could wait for the pan, someone on a tight time table may not have that ability.
