I also sent a email, no response. I have a 7A silk comforter that the cotton cover has an odor I cannot get rid of! I didn’t think I had to have a new comforter sent out to be cleaned. No customer service for their expensive product. Will not buy their products

Great Well, I've had my Pillow case for about a month now, and ill say its definitely worth the price, it the so silky and soft, I have a cheaper off-brand and they are incomparable
