I ordered the light fixture on-line I ordered the light fixture on-line, never having purchased anything with your company before. It was in stock and came in a timely manner. It hasn't been installed yet, but I'm hoping it will work, which often seems to be a problem these days.

Excellent Customer Service and Products We had a glass shade of our brand new pendent lamp broken by contractors during a renovation. We didn’t want to buy the entire lamp so contacted Claxy directly. We sent our Amazon order number and the found us the replacement shade. Their response was within 24 hours and it was a great relief to my wife and I to solve the problem in our rental unit before the main summer season begins. We love their pendent lamps.

My new Pendant Lights from CLAXY The new lights I purchased are beautiful, but I have not had them installed yet. I have all my new lightening waiting in boxes in the garage until it is time to install all of them. See above Hard to place an order on website, no response to emails, difficulty in making a return, long processing time for a return. Other than all that bad news the 2 fixtures I ordered were packaged well and nice quality for the price
