GBI ordered the light fixture on-line I ordered the light fixture on-line, never having purchased anything with your company before. It was in stock and came in a timely manner. It hasn't been installed yet, but I'm hoping it will work, which often seems to be a problem these days.

GBEasy to navigate and quick delivery The website was easy to navigate. The product I ordered was as pictured and delivered on time. There was a question about the color of the item. It appears to be bronze but is listed as black in the description. I submitted a question but never received a response. I was hoping for the black one but got the bronze. I will keep it anyway but that should be clarified on the website or at least answered.

GBYou made it very painful to do business… You made it very painful to do business with you! Please walk the talk in customer service. I bought two wall bedroom lights that you claimed came you did not sell separate, well, I received one only. You wrote that it was not possible that I only received one, then you blamed the carrier, an internal mistake in your warehouse, told me you shipped the package of two over the 4th July weekend, not true, and in the end I received just one on July 6. Sorry, won't do business with you again.

GBExcellent Customer Service and Products We had a glass shade of our brand new pendent lamp broken by contractors during a renovation. We didn’t want to buy the entire lamp so contacted Claxy directly. We sent our Amazon order number and the found us the replacement shade. Their response was within 24 hours and it was a great relief to my wife and I to solve the problem in our rental unit before the main summer season begins. We love their pendent lamps.

GBMy only complaint is there was no… My only complaint is there was no communication about shipping or estimated time of shipping. It came quickly but had know idea. Other than that everything was great .
