Best customer service and price! We are building an house and Alex at Rustic Kitchen and Bath was very helpful, prompt in answering every question, and gave us the lowest competitive price of anyone out there for our beautiful Zline kitchen appliances. We haven’t installed them yet, but I’m confident that if any problems arise with the appliances Alex will make it right. Would buy again hands down!

Poor customer service Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.

Mediocre I ordered over the phone and was told the item was in stock and ready to ship. I didn’t get a tracking number so a couple days past I called back only to hear the item was not in stock and it took a couple weeks to get the item in and shipped. The item I ordered was fantastic but the customer service was mediocre at best.

I was very happy with them from the beginning to end. I was very happy with them from beginning to delivery. We ordered all black and gold zline appliances for our new home build. They did a great bundle for us. We haven’t in boxed them yet because we’re not quite ready. They look like they all arrived in good shape.
