GBPhenix is a SCAM. STAY AWAY I ordered this "service" after having some sentimental items stolen from me. I gave these investigators the suspects info. They basically just do social media searches for more info and charged me 5k. I was promised some sort of contact with the suspect which never happened. I also tried for several days to contact Phenix for updates and they dodged me. In the end they said they would give me a 1k refund for a 5 start review. I rather lose the whole 5k and save some other clients from this scam. I have all of this in writing via texts and email.

GBThe Phenix team who did a complex… The Phenix team who did a complex investigation for me was marvelous, and were incredibly efficient in getting me the report in a timely manner. They were excellent to work with, and highly responsive to any questions or concerns. I would recommend them highly and looked for quite some time before I found someone I could rely on for this project.

PHThank you for the assurance of truth… Thank you for the assurance of truth and clarity as I enter into one of the messiest times of my life. Priceless! Anj conducted the report in a way that showed she cared for me. During this time of pain and confusion, she provided what I needed to have confidence that I will no longer be left in the dark financially and that I can obtain a fair settlement after 23 years of a financially abusive marriage.

GBKatie was very knowledgeable and… Katie was very knowledgeable and informative. They just didn’t provide the report they did when they investigated. I was able to have discussions with Katie and figure out different angles as to how to handle the information. Very impressive. Katie’s background and viewpoints was invaluable.

GBmediocre....nothing special for the… mediocre....nothing special for the high price. I wanted to find the assets of a defenant who's father was a multi-billionaire, who paid cash for a $1,250,000.00 cabin within the last year, owns a home in Granada Hills, drives elite cars etc, and who has not worked in many years. He has to have inherited a large sum and/or is the recipient of trust funds on some source of income. I agreed to pay the $2895.00 quoted fee as Phenix touted its asset search skills. For the fee, I got nothing more than I already had for a $110.00, online asset search...nothing regarding the subjects sources of funds.
