GBI have been trying to use Aeropay since… *edit to add, i've changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. After posting a negative review my account is finally working! Ty! I have been trying to use Aeropay since 12/5/23 and it still says I have insufficient funds. The money has been in my bank for 2 weeks. I can't get in touch with a live person and have gotten numerous emails that my case has been escalated & then replies that it should work and it still doesn't work. This service is horrible! I will take my business elsewhere!

GBWish I knew about Aeropay sooner! Wish I knew about Aeropay sooner! It has made going to dispensaries so much easier. I’ve used aeropay several times in Chicago and always had a good experience. I wouldn’t want to go back to using cash or another system now that I know it’s an option. I’ve never had any issues at all, and its so nice to be able to use card instead of carrying cash or paying a high ATM fee. Simple to set up and I wouldn’t even notice I was using it if I didn’t know. I try to only go to the dispensaries in Chicago that I know have Aeropay now because it makes the experience so much better.

GBAeropay makes using the dispensary super easy!! … Aeropay makes using the dispensary REALLY easy!! I have been using Aeropay since it came to my dispensary a few years ago- love it!!

GBHelp with Deactivated account I originally sent an email to aero pay’s support email with help on a deactivated account. I was trying to withdraw funds from my PrizePicks account for the first time. I sent the email on Feb 27th and didn’t hear anything back. On March 4th I decided to go to your Twitter page and send a DM there. I received an almost immediate response asking for my info. They stated they were going to escalate my request to a supervisor. I received an email back the next day that Emmy account was deactivated and I could withdraw my funds from PrizePicks now.
