When we got back to office and verified the item was not delivered. Called Lightup and they sent one probably overnight delivery. A couple of days later we received the missing ballaast.

My online orders at first seemed to be… My online orders at first seemed to be complete. However I was contacted and asked to “complete” my orders. The online order process is not clear that additional steps were required. The process needs to be unmistakable as to when the order is complete.

Good, but not great. Alternatives are available. When I first started purchasing from LightUp, the prices were great and shipping was anywhere from cheap to non-existant. Jump forward two years: Prices are no longer competitive and shipping is outrageous. Other vendors have a slightly higher product cost, but do not charge for shipping. When doing the math, there are alternatives.

But I’ve been ordering and using this company and there products on there website and have been nothing but pleased from the quality the durability there great prices and shipping I will continue to use them and let others know about them and there products.

We absolutely love the smart Christmas… We absolutely love the smart Christmas lights we purchased off of Amazon! We have gotten so many comment on them and how neat they are. I have shared the Amazon link with several people! I love that there are tons of patterns to choose from and that I can even set up a play list to rotate through my favorites! The only downside is that you don't have net versions for exterior lighting on landscaping :-(
