I contact you with a problem, you tell me it's a known defect that's been fixed on future products, then you give me $25. $25 to cover a $500 product with a known defect? Is this some kind of joke? I was a big fan of your website, but now I know you are a scam.

GBThe lamp is absolutely beautiful The lamp is absolutely beautiful. But because there's a large circle on top, it tends to sway really easily. So my solution will be to remove it off the base and use a command hook to actually hang The lamp on the wall to avoid this. I mainly worry about how light it is and how easy it sways because my grandson can easily knock it over.
