Order never shipped My order from March never shipped and I cannot get in touch with the company. I’m not sure they are even in business any longer, I’d avoid ordering from here

Much chunkier/ heavier than expected I ordered dinner plates in the pale blue color. They arrived quickly, great packaging, perfect condition. The plates look very nice but they are much heavier and chunkier than I expected, or desired. I'm not completely dissatisfied, but I will not order more, which I thought I might do before I actually received the product.

Outstanding Customer Service Unfortunately, the 4-piece combination plate/dish thingies arrived smashed to smithereens. Looks like they tried to package securely, but I think it still needs work. Customer service was quick and responsive. They resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Because of this, I scoured the website to find something else I could use. (At age 71, there isn't much.) Found and ordered the napkins, which I like a lot.

Worst Online Experience - Leeway The product did not meet my expectations. Requested and received a return receipt. The product was returned on April 11, 2023. It's May 5, 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online and through PayPal.

Leeway was top rated for quality, price, bulk buying and customizing to your family. When my box arrived there was no limit to how excited I was! Everything was perfectly packed, safe and secure. Individual sections for each set of dish. The color was perfect, the sizes were as expected and every piece is just gorgeous to me!
