I put my order in several weeks ago and… I put my order in several weeks ago and still haven’t received it. But then I got emails asking to review my order. How am I supposed to review it if it hasn’t even arrived!?!

Great Suits but Hard to Return The Swimsuits are super cute and I would highly recommend them. However, they should say on the site, clearly, that you cannot really return them! Most of us need to try on and return clothing! I had to argue with the company to get my return processed. They did finally refund me. and then they refunded me but I had to keep the suits that I don't fit in. That felt bad. I am trying to find a good Capybara rescue to donate the money to and just want you to be sure, somehow, that you can fit in the suit before you purchase one!

Too long wait to receive but quick to charge Update 17/12- finally arrived after nearly 15 days. As it’s a gift and it will not be opened until Christmas Day I’ll come back for a final review. Still waiting for my delivery after 10 days of waiting. Not good enough at all! You were very quickly on charging me but no great at sending it!

Still waiting - seven weeks and counting.. I ordered slippers in November for a Christmas gift….It’s January 12th and still nothing. I was told once “you should see them in a few days” and a second time “let us investigate”. I’m not sure this is a legitimate organization or not - but if it is, they have some work to do.
